I can't speak highly enough of the management and maintenance team at the Battery on Blake. James, Casey, and Rico are top-notch. Any Mx requests are often handled same day. I feel like they treat my apt as if it was their own. The recent renovations to the gym are really nice. Great location as well, good stuff within walking distance, with epic views from the rooftop patio.

I have loved my time here so much and adored my apartment. Living across from the stadium has been so fun and inspired a new love of baseball. The location is incredible and you’re so close to everything you could possibly need whether it’s groceries and a coffee or some entertainment for your out of town guests. The apartment itself is stunning and I will miss my beautiful loft so much. Genuinely devastated to be leaving the first place in Denver I got to call home. The community here is fantastic and the office is fantastic. James is wonderful and does a fantastic job. You couldn’t ask for a better place to call home.

This is one of the best apartments I have lived in. Overall, was here for 7 years total and only moved because of work. James goes above and beyond for residents. Maintenance is always quickly resolved. The area is unbeatable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment that truly cares about its residents.
