Rico the Maintenance supervisor and Casey one of the maintenance workers are always so friendly, Helpful and go above and beyond. Rico helped us during a late night maintenance emergency when our refrigerator stoped working. I had insulin and other medications in there that needed to be refrigerated. Rico came in less than 30 min, solved the issue and was gone within minutes. You couldn’t ask for a better more efficient and friendly supervisor. I’ve never seen maintenance teams work so fast ! Especially for after hours needs. Casey is always so friendly, he takes time to meet and great with our dog Opie so he doesn’t bark at him anymore and recognizes him ! I love this maintenance team ! James is always so friendly, helpful and willing to answer any questions, and trust me we ask a lot of them. He worked with me when I was providing paperwork for my service dog and follows up quickly with any concerns we have !

I relocated here from Seattle which meant a lot of major decisions. One being finding the right location and property to call home. My search started four months ago and after looking at several places I found my new home! Battery on Blake Street! James has been so kind and patient with me and all of my million questions! Battery on Blake is a wonderful location has amazing amenities and everyone that I have met has been so kind. Rico and Casey are the most hands on maintained guys ever!! Never do you have to wait if you have an issue to be resolved. I highly recommend to anyone out there looking for a new home you should absolutely look here at Battery on Blake Street!!

I can't speak highly enough of the management and maintenance team at the Battery on Blake. James, Casey, and Rico are top-notch. Any Mx requests are often handled same day. I feel like they treat my apt as if it was their own. The recent renovations to the gym are really nice. Great location as well, good stuff within walking distance, with epic views from the rooftop patio.
