I have lived here for about 1.5 years now and I really love it! You cannot beat the price, especially with that view. I was scared to move here because of the reviews, but I decided to anyways and I’m so glad I did. Most of the bad reviews are about the elevators- and sure they have issues occasionally but it’s nothing crazy. They always get the issues fixed within a day or so, and it never drags on for long periods of time. Theres also a cute little gate that leads straight to Target which has been amazing for quick grocery runs. All-in-all, these apartments are beautiful with high ceilings and updated appliances. Although the wood is walnut along with the cabinets, the units still feel very modern and luxurious. They have a gorgeous timeless look and feel that won’t fade with time. Tony the leasing agent is also wonderful. He’s always very helpful & friendly towards residents, and he makes it a joy to live here!

We've had the pleasure of cleaning units of several residents at Skyhouse and it's been a great experience. (free) Parking is a little tricky (of course this is specific to guests - for those who host), but the front desk staff were accomodating and it was clear they knew their residents (when we provided the wrong name/apt #) and corrected us as needed. I love the loft-feel in the units, and the views (of course unit-dependent) are spectacular. Even the studio units were thoughtfully designed. Some of our clients have been living there for quite a while - no better '5-star review' than that.
