Breed Restrictions:We do not allow Pit Bulls or any mix combination of this breed. Based on our community’s location, there may be other breed restrictions that we follow in accordance with laws and local ordinances.

Move-in Fees and Deposits

Our Application Fee is $60/applicant. There is a $100 - 300 Security Deposit depending on apartment size and a $200 Admin Fee per apartment home. We have partnered with Rhino to satisfy your security deposit. Learn more about Rhino here.

Lease Terms

We offer 4-13 month lease terms. Lease terms vary based on floor plan and availability.

Parking

All open parking is first come, first served. Covered parking is available for $20-$50/month. Garages are available for $125-$175/month.

Income Verification

Proof of current income is required. The following may be used: two recent, consecutive pay stubs; bank account statements within 30 days; signed offer letter on company letterhead; written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions or tips.
