Tech Ridge Apartments in North Austin

This is a great community with amazing staff. I had an issue where a water heater above me started leaking into my room, and they handled it quickly and professionally. Every single time I interacted with the staff on property, they treated me with respect. I am truly unsure how other people have had a negative experience on this property; they do everything they say they will do. I have lived here for over a year and I have only had good experiences. I expect to continue to have good experiences on the property for the remainder of the time I stay here.

I really appreciate Brianna Espinoza’s assistance with everything related to apartment whenever I have an issue. She really saved me when my car was towed and needed help. She was very patient throughout. She’s really sweet and kind with any problem.
