Have lived all over the Austin area and i have to say… i have never had a better maintenance crew than at Settlers! Very knowledgable and courteous! Always have a good attitude and get things done the right way!

..a great place to live It has been a great experience so far. Maintenance responds on time and the staff are very helpful. Sometimes, construction work can be quite noisy but overall, it's a great place to live.
