Contact Ridgeview Apartments

Ive been living at ridgeview for 2 years. I will be transferring to a different property soon for personal reasons, but I will miss this complex a lot. It is wonderful. Several of the negative reviews I have seen on here are from tenants who, honestly, incite constant issues / drama with the property like it’s their full time job. First, the reason I am leaving this review: the leasing office and maintenance staff are absolutely incredible. If you are a respectful tenant, they are always helpful and happy to go above and beyond to resolve any issues you may be having. Maintenance requests are always fulfilled quickly and without fuss. Office staff is happy to chat and resolve issues within their control and have never been rude, unresponsive or unfair in my experience. This is RARE for an apartment complex- everywhere I’ve lived the leasing office has been a nightmare but here they’ve always been incredible. They can be a little difficult to reach by phone sometimes but you can just pop into the office. The pricing is, in my opinion, reasonable for the area, the amenities, the finishes and the square footage of the apartments. The property itself is clean and quiet and well maintained. The gym is small but well equipped. I’ve had no issues with any of my neighbors in my part of the complex. Parking is plentiful. Overall I really don’t have any complaints. I’m genuinely a little baffled by some of the reviews on here, but to each their own I suppose. I’ll update this review after I move out, as I hope that process is as smooth and painless as living here has been, but overall I’ve had 2 years of great living here and very few complaints. If I’m ever relocating back to south Austin, I’ll lease here again in a heartbeat.

I love Ridgeview!!! This is my first apartment out of college and I couldn't have asked for a better place! Crystal at the front office was more than helpful. She helped my roommates and I figure out all of the logistics and made the whole application process super easy and stress free. We've lived here for about 3 months now and it's been so great! I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone!

I moved in recently and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far! Crystal in the front office was so helpful during the application process since this was my first apartment post-grad. She walked us through the whole process and was so accommodating and easy to reach with any questions I had. The maintenance team has been great about fixing anything we’ve had issues with and the apartment is perfect for me and my roommates. Super positive so far and a great location!

I have had an absolutely wonderful experience living here! From the very beginning everyone was so helpful especially Crystal at the front desk. she was incredibly kind, patient, and willing to help in every way possible. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her dedication and warm personality. Highly recommend Ridgeview and Crystal’s outstanding service!

Recently toured at Ridgeview apartments and had a really nice experience with Crissy. She was very knowledgeable about the pricing and was very accommodating. 5 stars!
