North Austin Apartments in Round Rock ISD

I’ve lived here for two years and have had a very positive experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to transportation and plenty of nearby amenities. It’s especially family-friendly—my child attends a public school with reliable school bus service, which makes daily routines much easier. The community itself is comfortable and well-equipped, featuring a gym, swimming pool, and even a beach volleyball area. Parking is also relatively plentiful compared to many other places. Overall, it’s a great place to live, especially for families looking for convenience and comfort.

I am staying here for almost an year. I have a very good experience of staying here. The maintainance team is too good. They are there within hours to support you. The leasing office staff are very pleasant. Happy to help always. The only onrthing that needs improvement was on the Gym closure for during the cold weather. That could have been restored faster. The place is lovely for families and kids to stay and enjoy here.

Been living here for 3 years and not planning to move anytime soon. This place is a hidden gem! The amenities, the location - everything is so good!! However, I am writing this review because of how great the staff here is, in particular Veronica, who is hands down the best manager i have ever dealt with - having lived in apartments for almost 2 decades. Really kind, understanding and really cares for residents and tries to help in any way she can unlike anyone else i have ever dealt with. If you speak with managers at properties nearby you will know what im talking about.

I recently moved out of The Ranch Apartments a month ago after living there for 2 years. Overall, my experience was decent, though there were areas that could have been better. The maintenance team was the clear highlight.. service requests were always handled quickly and efficiently. The location is convenient, with easy access to Parmer Lane, shopping, restaurants, the Domain, several IT offices, and also close to Walmart and H-E-B. The community falls in a good school district, and most residents were friendly, though there were occasional nuisances. The main drawbacks were on the management and facility side. Communication with the leasing office was often inconsistent, and it was difficult at times to get timely responses to calls or emails. In addition, the HVAC system in my one-bedroom felt underpowered and struggled to cool the space properly, leading to repeated A/C issues. Overall, The Ranch offers strong maintenance support, a convenient location, and a comfortable environment, but the communication gaps and A/C limitations make the experience feel closer to 3.5 stars rather than a full 4.

We've been living at The Ranch Apartments for about a week now, and my family is already in love with it. The community is perfect for families with young children. My kids enjoy the playground and have already made several friends. We live on the third floor and it's incredibly quiet—no noise issues at all. The apartments are spacious, beautifully designed, and very functional. The gym is top-notch, and the neighborhood feels active and welcoming. Most residents are friendly and often greet you with a smile. I’ve also had zero bug issues. Maintenance is fast and reliable, which is always a plus. My only minor complaint is the limited parking near our specific building, but I’ve noticed that other areas have plenty of spaces. It would also be nice if the clubhouse stayed open after office hours, though I understand the security concerns. A huge thank you to Connie—she was amazing throughout our move-in process. Super responsive, warm, and kind. She really made the experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, we’re extremely happy here and would highly recommend The Ranch Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live!
