South Charlotte Apartments & Townhomes

This place is absolutely amazing, specifically the build quality of the apartment homes. I can't tell you how many times my husband and I have toured "luxury" apartments, just to discover that everything is cheaply built and already falling apart after less than 2 years. The Links clearly did not make this mistake. The walls are thick, the appliances are in great shape (and quality), the ceilings are high, the cabinets are the type that you would want in your own custom house, the washer & dryer are modern & technologically up to date, they built in cubbies & storage to accommodate a small space, etc. I could go on and on. I really appreciate how thoughtfully they designed this place. If we didn't have to move out of state, we would consider living here long term instead of buying a home. It was that good of a build quality.

Giovanni saved the day! I was locked out of my apartment on a Sunday morning and Giovanni arrived at my door in 10 minutes flat. Had my door unlocked and replaced the batteries in my lock within 30 minutes. Giovanni was pleasant, professional and quick. Excellent service!

This review is almost exclusively a shout out to Ms. Kristal in the leasing office!! As a leasing director myself, I know first hand everything that working in a busy leasing office means, and it makes me appreciate Kristal's kindness, quick responses, and just overall positive attitude all that much more!! The community is well kept, maintenance is wonderful, and we love all the convenient places to shop and eat! Thank you everyone at The Links Rea Farms for all the work that you do to keep our home a safe, happy place to live:)

This place is my most favorite place I’ve ever called home. The apartments are absolutely beautiful. Anyone who comes over admires that fact. Everything is up to date and on trend. Living in an apartment, you’re always worried about whether or not you’ll hear your neighbors, and here I rarely do. Just my upstairs neighbor walking around, but even that isn’t as loud as other apartments I’ve lived. Despite covid, all of the amenities are open. There’s community events all the time. My dog is obsessed with the dog park. I’m obsessed with the valet trash. All of the staff is so helpful and friendly. The buildings and amenities are so clean. There’s so many advantages of living here, I’m sure I’m forgetting some. But basically, I’m never moving out. UPDATE: I’ve just worked with Rachael again to sign my fifth year lease here. I’ve lived in two different buildings, and they’ve both been fantastic. We’re so close to absolutely everything we need. The amenities are amazing and always improving, there are monthly events. It’s such a wonderful place to live and I have never moved an apartment so much. It’s the first place that has truly felt like home in my adult life. I want to give endless praise to Rachael. She is such a thoughtful and kind human and 100% has a hand in why I’ve stayed so long and will continue to. She always goes above and beyond and I hope y’all know how lucky you are to have her. So, thank you Rachael for showing me around 5 years ago and thank you for your continued support and thoughtfulness 🩷

From our first community tour with Sarah Alexi, we felt at home at The Links. As many do, we were downsizing from a three-bedroom home and wanted something that suited us. The overall amenities are outstanding (e.g., coffee bars, gift wrapping station, dog spa areas, community board rooms or gathering areas, great fitness facilities, etc). Plus, add Kristal Wright's help in reserving a boardroom and Rachel Fields ongoing banter and help as needed. You truly feel at ease and at home at The Links.

So whenever you move into a place, you always are concerned about what kind of maintenance support you’ll get. We’ve lived here now for a couple of years and what you get here is outstanding, and it is led by Carlos. Who goes beyond what’s expected? Whatever Carlos is getting paid it’s not enough. thank you maintenance crew.
