I’ve had nothing but a spectacular time and seamless experience with the icon! The staff has been more than amazing and informative! Anytime I call in I get Edwardo or Desiree who takes care of me in a flash and always ask if there is anything else I can get help with. Feels like family is reach out to me! They are definitely turning over a new leaf! Everyone has been nothing but positive and informative! I got lucky enough to have Desiree for my leasing agent! She was very informative and took the time to explain everything in the lease very thoroughly and toured the property like it was our home already! She was there every step of the way till we signed our lease! I highly recommend reaching out and hopefully moving in!

I've been here about 3 months and wanted to share an honest review. The leasing process was excellent, Desiree made my first tour great I came back for a second visit to see other units after touring other properties. The unit was spotless at move in and everything was seamless. Love the parcel lockers, it's a dog friendly community, and the location is great, close to nightlife, groceries, and downtown. Parking is always available on my level and guest passes through the online portal are quick and easy. Management recently upgraded the parking garage with fresh striping and a new exit door. Pricing is also more reasonable than newer properties nearby, and I can't justify paying more elsewhere. A few minor issues, mostly caused by residents rather than management: some people don't pick up after their dogs, and valet trash cans sometimes sit in the hallway before staff collects them, causing odors. Elevators or doors occasionally go offline, but management emails updates quickly and gets things fixed. I haven't had a single maintenance issue, my neighbors are quiet, and my unit is spacious and comfortable. No property is perfect, but my experience here has been genuinely positive and I'd recommend it.

I’ve been a resident here going on 3 years. The staff is very attentive and extremely helpful. Eduardo is Top Tier at his job, and had all the info I needed almost immediately. Truly appreciative of his service and work ethic.

Eduardo has been wonderful to work with. Any questions or concerns that I have had, he’s always willing to answer or get the answer if he doesn’t have it. He seems genuinely concerned about the residents living situations. I would refer him to any potential residents.
