Uptown Dallas Apartments

I cannot say enough amazing things about Desiree Adame! She was absolutely AMAZING throughout my entire apartment leasing process. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive, making sure everything went smoothly and helping me every step of the way to get approved for the apartment I wanted. What really stood out to me was that her help did not stop once I was approved! She continued going above and beyond by providing me with helpful contacts and resources to get everything set up, including Wi-Fi, electricity, and other move-in essentials. She genuinely made the entire experience so much easier and less stressful. Desiree truly cares about her residents and makes sure they feel supported throughout the process. I am SO, SO, SO satisfied with my apartment, and I absolutely LOVE IT! 🥰 Desiree, thank you for being so helpful, professional, and amazing throughout this experience. You made what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and exciting! I give Desiree a 12/10! If you are looking for an apartment, I highly recommend working with her. She is truly the BEST!

Great staff

Eduardo Hernandez is amazing and easy to work with. I love living at Icon!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had a great experience at Icon at Ross Apartments. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and the staff has been very helpful and professional. I especially want to recognize Desiree for doing such an amazing job. She has been extremely helpful, friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. Her excellent customer service really makes a difference and makes you feel welcomed and valued as a resident. Thank you, Desiree, and the entire Icon at Ross team for the great experience. I definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to call home!

Had an amazing experience on our tour of the property. @Icon at Ross. We toured the property with Desiree Adame who was splendid and basically sold us on the unit and place. We have been here several weeks and she still checks in on us to make sure we are happy and comfortable in our new place

I can’t say enough great things! The lease signing and move-in process was super smooth and easy. The office staff is amazing and so helpful from move-in, to answering my million questions and helping me get everything figured out! My unit was clean, and so are the hallways and parking garage. Amenities are nice and clean as well, including the pool. It is quiet, I can’t hear my neighbors and it’s in such a good spot close to everything. It is also very secure which I love. You really can’t get anywhere around the building or into the building or garage without your fob.

I’ve had nothing but a spectacular time and seamless experience with the icon! The staff has been more than amazing and informative! Anytime I call in I get Edwardo or Desiree who takes care of me in a flash and always ask if there is anything else I can get help with. Feels like family is reach out to me! They are definitely turning over a new leaf! Everyone has been nothing but positive and informative! I got lucky enough to have Desiree for my leasing agent! She was very informative and took the time to explain everything in the lease very thoroughly and toured the property like it was our home already! She was there every step of the way till we signed our lease! I highly recommend reaching out and hopefully moving in!
