The onsite team is very kind and professional. Specifically, the maintenance staff does a great job - they are timely, efficient, and courteous. This is an older property in the neighborhood, but you can not find the same SF or design for the price point.

Beautiful apartments with lots of amentities

I lived at the Boulevard for 2ish years, and it was easily the best apartment I've ever lived in! Great unit, great amenities, and always super well-maintained. And best of all were Musu in the leasing office and Andrew in maintenance--I don't know what these two are being paid, but whatever it is, it's not enough because they are absolute delights and are incredible at their jobs-- No matter the issue, the two of them can solve it! Rent was a little on the pricey side, but all in all, I feel very lucky to have lived here and was sad to be moving. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I've lived in a fair share of apartments and I love it here. Musu and Chris in the office have been friendly, responsive, and on top of the ball. I feel like they care. Robin, George, and Andrew on the maintenance team have all been great. When I moved in I had a couple of maintenance requests with quick turnaround - totally to be expected as this is not a brand new building! That's exactly why I moved in. The apartment has character, I love the hardwood floors, and the space for the price is great for the area. I looked at brand new apartments nearby, smaller for the same price, but I'll pass on a sterile living environment. Great location. Speer can be loud but I'm getting used to it. Hot tub is nice. Gym is fine, not a replacement for a full gym but does the trick. Pretty consisten on community events but haven't attended yet. Only complaint was how bright it is outside the windows, but I bought blackout curtains. Happy tenant 6 weeks in!

My family moved into The Boulevard in December and we felt at home right away. We love living in such a central location that is very walkable. We also love the variety of grocery stores and restaurants close by. Musu did our tour and she was also the one who helped us with the leasing process. It has been great working with her. She has been super helpful with all of our questions. I have really enjoyed all the amenities and the appreciation events that are held every few weeks.

I’ve had a great experience living here. Management is kind, quick to address any issues, and listens to any feedback. Musu is so friendly and exceptionally helpful if I come to her with any issues. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
