LoHi Apartments in Denver

Resident Review I have really enjoyed living at Studio LoHi for the last year and a half. The staff is fantastic; they are helpful, friendly, and hard-working. The resident events are fun and thoughtful. The maintenance staff is quick to respond and complete requests; I have consistently had great experiences. The cleaning staff maintains an incredibly clean building. The mail system is fantastic and I have never had a package stolen. The rooftop is beautiful with ample space/seating and clean bathrooms. The ButterflyMX system is a great way to let guests in. I do have some negatives: the building electricity and amenity fees every month are frustrating, and quickly add up. Our washer/dryer have left marks and clipped off strings on numerous garments. Our bedroom windowsill gets condensation and mold that we frequently have to clean. Our water bill has been consistently high and a plumber mentioned it could be one of the parts in the tanks that needs replacing (it takes forever to fill the bowl), but I will put in a maintenance request for this. Is it possible to get a replacement washer/dryer as well? Overall, I would recommend Studio LoHi as a great place to live. It is expensive, but the area is amazing and the staff have really made a positive impact on our living experience. I feel heard and appreciated as a resident--only a rent increase would deter us from re-signing next year. Thank you for all that you do!

Lived here for three years. The building is very good and I recommend it for others. -Noise: I was on top floor so I can’t speak for any noise on ceiling, but I never heard my neighbors -Parking: parking garage is very safe -Location: A+ -Management Team: responsive, do a good job -Package System: pretty good. No complaints, can sometimes be bombarded during holidays but same with every building -Amenities: I’ve seen all the apartments in lohi and this has the best rooftop for sure. The gym is lackluster but there is a gym one block away

December 2024: Everyone who works here is very kind and responsive. The team has solved the safety issues - changing to 4 stars. September 2024: Had to take my review down to around 3 stars as of September - there have been safety issues with the front door for last few weeks that have not been solved. July 2024: Studio LoHi has THE BEST management I have ever had. I have rented a few different homes and lived in one other apartment complex, and I can, hands down, say Studio LoHi is SO much better. Don't be confused by the name - there are 2 bedroom options too. There is a great rooftop too! Omar is always helpful in answering questions and has been super kind to my boyfriend and I. We submitted a maintenance request today, and the maintenance team arrived within an hour—they were super nice and efficient! We have only lived here for 3 weeks so far, but love Studio LoHi and the area! We toured 10 places in lohi/highlands and chose this one, and we are so glad we did!

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now and I have yet to have any complains! Maintenance is always on top of any requests I have, and the amenities and common spaces are awesome. You can’t beat the view from the rooftop or the location either. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Moved in a little over a year ago and renewed for 18 more months. I love my apartment and the location can’t be beat. Omar’s always so genuinely kind and helpful. I want a hot tub on the roof haha but that’s my only suggestion. It’s really a wonderful place to live.
