My boyfriend and I have only been at the Madison a few weeks now but the beginning process was incredibly smooth and easy. When we first scheduled the tour Ramon reached out to find out more information about what we were specifically looking for and provided us a very thorough and honest tour of the complex and our chosen apartment. We initially wanted the three bedroom but later expressed interest in seeing a two bedroom that we ended up deciding on. Ramon was able to give us both separate tours (due to our work schedules) and continued to answer our questions via email and phone. After we applied for the apartment he was incredibly helpful with getting all of the paperwork handled and answering our questions regarding utilities and required documents. Even after everything was finalized and we began the move he reached out to see if there were any maintenance needs or problems with the apartment. The one time we did call maintenance they arrived at night in less than an hour which was very impressive. While we haven’t been here long we’ve definitely felt accommodated and supported during this adjustment and we’re so glad we chose the Madison!

I've been living at Madison Apartments for over 9 years, and my recent lease renewal was one of the smoothest experiences I've had. Kevin Figueroa, the new Community Manager, was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. He communicated clearly, answered all my questions promptly, and made the entire renewal process simple and hassle-free. It's great to see someone who is approachable, organized, and genuinely committed to providing excellent service to residents. Wishing Kevin all the best in his new role, and I look forward to continuing to call Madison Apartments home.

I want to thank consultant Ramon Gardner. Even when problems arose during our stay, he was able to calm us with his smile and kind words. He is a good worker and a wonderful person. My husband said he is the best worker he knows. Ramon is a ray of light for us. We are from Ukraine, and people like him are like psychologists for us! We are very grateful to him for everything! We are happy that we lived here for three years!

Overall, the apartments are good. The downsides are that there has been quite a bit more trash on the property, and the stairways in the building entrances are dirty.

We had have some issues with the maintenance of our apartment. Ramon and Miranda helped us with all the process. If you are interested in moving in, I highly recommend to look for Ramon, he is very kind and always willing to help. He has been very supportive and patient with us.
