We love the community and the people are really friendly. The community leasing office folks are one of the friendliest people we've met, actually!! It's always been a pleasant experience so far! I'd like to give a shout out to Ramon, who provided us with the best information and kindness everytime we had an issue or even when we just wanted to casually drop by the leasing office! The only issue I have is that, we moved in around November.. and probably because it was during festival periods, we had a few minor issues, like microwave door handle and washing machine being broken etc, which took a month or 2 to get looked at. But overall it was and is a very good experience for us!

Moving into my new apartment has been an amazing experience! From the very beginning, Ramon Gardner who is apart of the leasing team was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire process stress-free. The apartment itself was spotless upon arrival, well-maintained, and exactly as shown—if not better. The move-in process was smooth and organized, and any questions I had Ramon answered quickly. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere that Ramon displayed. It already feels like home! I’m so happy with my decision to move here and would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience. The leasing office and service staff are wonderful to work with. The community is beautiful, clean, family friendly, and includes a lot of amenities like pools, tennis courts, and fitness centers! I want to specifically shout-out the leasing consultant we worked with, Ramon, excellent communication and professionalism!

What a great team the front office is- Sarah, Wayne, Jennifer, Ramon and the entire maintenance staff too. We lived at Wilde Lake apartments too and the difference in how the front office is run is startling. The Madsion has it all over Wilde Lake. If a resident ever has a need Sarah and the team are all over it. Communication from office to resident is top notch. The grounds always look nice and if something needs correcting it gets done!!!!!. Once again there are many places to call home in the Richmond area. But one of the best to call home is The Madison. Thans Sarah, Wayne and company. Keep it going. Nicholas. The newcomer Georgianna and Ramon, Wayne and the entire maintenance staff are great. Like family. Keep it up- great job. Nicholas.
