Overall, the apartments are good. The downsides are that there has been quite a bit more trash on the property, and the stairways in the building entrances are dirty.

We had have some issues with the maintenance of our apartment. Ramon and Miranda helped us with all the process. If you are interested in moving in, I highly recommend to look for Ramon, he is very kind and always willing to help. He has been very supportive and patient with us.

The apartments are amazing

We love the community and the people are really friendly. The community leasing office folks are one of the friendliest people we've met, actually!! It's always been a pleasant experience so far! I'd like to give a shout out to Ramon, who provided us with the best information and kindness everytime we had an issue or even when we just wanted to casually drop by the leasing office! The only issue I have is that, we moved in around November.. and probably because it was during festival periods, we had a few minor issues, like microwave door handle and washing machine being broken etc, which took a month or 2 to get looked at. But overall it was and is a very good experience for us!

Moving into my new apartment has been an amazing experience! The leasing office and service staff are wonderful to work with. The community is beautiful, clean, family friendly, and includes a lot of amenities like pools, tennis courts, and fitness centers! I want to specifically shout-out the leasing consultant we worked with, Ramon, excellent communication and professionalism!
