There is no charge for surface lot parking, Attached garages are included with select homes. We also offer carports for $40/month.

We offer 4-13 month lease terms. Lease terms vary based on floor plan and availability.

Proof of current income is required. We use advanced software to screen all financial documents for validity. The following may be used for proof of income: two recent, consecutive pay stubs; bank account statements within 30 days; signed offer letter on company letterhead; written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions or tips.
