There is an additional $125/month charge for Spectrum cable/internet, Valet/City Trash, Pest Control, and Package Delivery Service.

Proof of current income is required. The following may be used: two recent, consecutive pay stubs; bank account statements within 30 days; signed offer letter on company letterhead; written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions or tips.
