Ariel is my favorite leasing agent. She is super helpful and it the primary reason I was able to find a place to live when I was moving up here from the south. I appreciate her and the entire staff. She deserves a raise :)

I have dealt with Elizabeth since my first tour of my apartment. She made everything so easy from the start. Any little question or problem is fixed immediately. My time here is going to be cut short because I bought a house but I wish I could stay longer. It's been an easy transition.

I have been living at the Highlands going on seven years now, and I just love it! I lived in my former home for fifty-seven years, and making this move was truly very emotional, but everyone in the Highlands Office helped me through the process, and I will forever be grateful ♥ the maintenance crew are amazing and the few times I have needed their assistance they have come right over and solved my issue. I want to give a special shout out to Elizabeth and Kevin for helping me during a very stressful time. I would recommend to anyone considering apartment living to check out the Highlands, they are the BEST!

I have been in my apartment since last August and I couldn't be happier! After apartment hunting for several months, including some brand new ones, I discovered the prices were fairly comparable based on sq footage. The difference here is how open the floor plans are and proximity to rte1 and 93. I looked at several units with Ariel, and after much going back and forth she helped me decide which one was for me. She made the leasing process very manageable and responded quickly to questions. Maintenance has been very responsive since I've been here and any residents I have met have been very friendly!

My husband and I moved in 2 weeks ago after selling our single family home. It was a big step for us going from home ownership to renting. But the whole staff in the leasing office has been absolutely amazing helping us in every way. Especially Elizabeth. We have had a few maintenance issues and they came right out when called and fixed the problem. We love it there and absolutely love our apartment. We are so happy we moved to Highlands and looking forward to the warmer weather to enjoy the pool and meeting some neighbors! :)

Elizabeth gave us a tour of several apartments. Her knowledge and enthusiasm made our tour really special. We really appreciated it! I am definitely going to move here. I look forward to working with her in the near future!

I’ve been touring a fair share of apartments recently, and, Highland Dearborn is far superior compared to all of them. From rental agent ( Elizabeth is amazing!) to amenities to grounds, I have not seen any apartment complex that comes close. Submitting my application now!
