Highlands at Dearborn's parking options are listed below. Residents who have more than two (2) vehicles per apartment in a one- or two- bedroom apartment, or three (3) vehicles in a three-bedroom apartment will be required to lease a garage. Commercial vehicles, over-sized trucks, recreational vehicles and motorcycles may only be parked inside of a garage, in front of a garage or on Dearborn Road.
We offer storage units from $20-$40/month. Sizes vary.

Proof of current income is required. We use advanced software to screen all financial documents for validity. The following may be used for proof of income: two recent, consecutive pay stubs; bank account statements within 30 days; signed offer letter on company letterhead; written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions or tips.
