Future Neighbor Feedback
I have been in my apartment since last August and I couldn't be happier! After apartment hunting for several months, including some brand new ones, I discovered the prices were fairly comparable based on sq footage. The difference here is how open the floor plans are and proximity to rte1 and 93. I looked at several units with Ariel, and after much going back and forth she helped me decide which one was for me. She made the leasing process very manageable and responded quickly to questions. Maintenance has been very responsive since I've been here and any residents I have met have been very friendly!

My husband and I moved in 2 weeks ago after selling our single family home. It was a big step for us going from home ownership to renting. But the whole staff in the leasing office has been absolutely amazing helping us in every way. Especially Elizabeth. We have had a few maintenance issues and they came right out when called and fixed the problem. We love it there and absolutely love our apartment. We are so happy we moved to Highlands and looking forward to the warmer weather to enjoy the pool and meeting some neighbors! :)

I’ve been touring a fair share of apartments recently, and, Highland Dearborn is far superior compared to all of them. From rental agent ( Elizabeth is amazing!) to amenities to grounds, I have not seen any apartment complex that comes close. Submitting my application now!

I lived at Highlands at Dearborn for a little over two years, I really enjoyed my time living there. The staff is very helpful and assisted me whenever I needed. The pool and gym are very nice, the pool can certainly get crowded during the summer. Management recently made various exterior upgrades that improved the community. The rent prices are extremely fair and you are only about 10 miles from Boston.
