Love live life It's awesome sauce and great place to live

The manager was very positive and meaningful. He made everything for us feel like a chill environment. Although I did notice a few strange things he was saying. He said that the gate was to keep out "the detractors" who want to ruin his business. He told us that he rarely ever leaves the gate because he's worried about seeing these detractors. This would be 5 stars, except the manager was subtly asking us for money many times. He asked us if we can give him some "support", and when I asked what that means, he explained to us that he survives off of tips, and that he's at $23/150 for 1 of today's goals. He told us that if he hits 10 goals he will order Arby's and let all of the residents watch him eat it. I've never seen a business operate like this, but it wasn't bothersome. It was entertaining to watch

For a comfortable, clean and quiet place to live visit the Benson apartment office. You will be glad you did. With their helpful staffs always ready to help. Luda and Tommy thanks for your assistance.

Absolutely loved my 2 years at Benson Downs! The apartment was newly renovated and pretty spacious. The grounds were very well-kept and improvements were always being made. The pool area was really nice and again, very well kept. Maintenance was extremely responsive if there was something that needed to be fixed. I felt extremely safe walking around the property and never had any issues with packages being left at my door or leaving my car for several days while on trips. Tammy and Luda, as well as all the maintenance staff were wonderful! Always kind, acknowledge when they see you, and even remember your name. The little things the property does for the residents are pretty nice to- breakfast to-go at the gate, summer party, holiday treats, giveaways, etc. I think a lot of your experience has to do with the kind of tenant you are. Pay your rent on time, follow the rules, don't destroy your apartment, and there shouldn't be any issues. I lived in the same apartment for 2 years and didn't have any charges other than the standard move-out costs which my deposit covered. Highly recommend this property!

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent maintenance people, reserved parking, huge dog run, great complex to walk my little dog, and the list goes on! Come join our friendly neighborhood!

I really enjoy my stay. My neighbors have been friendly and our neighborhood is walkable. I really appreciate the pictures online matches the actual apartment.
