good location, expensive, sometimes loud, possibly worth it expect wildlife to be yipping/howling whenever sirens pass through. sometimes at 3am you'll hear howling. possibly coyotes? quiet area although your neighbors will determine how loud your environment is. you can hear talking/music thro...
