Theresa @ Signature Reception is customer service focused, diligent, organized, friendly, and helpful. She greets everyone with a smile and has a positive demeanor. She is always willing to help and go out of her way to assist the residents. Since she has joined Signature, the reception, mail, deliveries, and packages have been the most organized since I’ve lived here. Always pleasant and a pleasure to deal with on all matters.
