Just moved here and absolutely love it. Not sure why there are a lot of negative reviews my experience has been nothing but positive. Had no issues moving in or registering my vehicle it’s pretty straight forward and for the amenities, location, & rent price you can’t beat it. I signed my lease back in April and dealt primarily with Neryeda who was so welcoming, knowledgeable, & professional. Naylin, & Jovanna are also great as well, anytime I would come by to check in to make sure everything was still in good standing they were always able to assist. I definitely would recommend moving here. ♥️

I had a great experience with the leasing office, especially Jovanna Silva. She was very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions clearly and made everything easy and stress-free. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service really stood out. I don't understand why people say bads things of this place, I have been living here for 7 months and they take care of the property very well, sometimes smells wire but guess what it is the food that we cook with a lot of spices, and nothing is wrong with it. Maintenance is WONDERFUL same day fixed. Garage parking yes, is a dangerous thing because we drive like we were in the highway! Maybe we should be better residents and follow the instructions that received since the 1st day living here. I'm happy and I love to have the pool nice and clean always! Thank you

Wonderfull apt one of my favorite apt and biggest apartments everyone is nice except for some neighbors they don't respect the kids buts that's only like 2 or 3 of them the rest are all super nice

Nice place to live, good gym, good pool and other amenities
