We offer 4-12 month lease terms. Lease terms vary based on floor plan and availability.

We offer unassigned, garage parking for $60-75/month. Reserved parking spots are $100/month. Garage door openers are $100.

We offer a variety of storage options for $50/month. Storage unit sizes are as follows:

• - 4.5' x 5'
• - 4' x 6'
• - 7.5' x 8'x9'
• - 6' x 7'
• - 8.5' x 4'

Proof of current income is required. The following may be used: two recent, consecutive pay stubs; bank account statements within 30 days; signed offer letter on company letterhead; written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions or tips.
