My husband and I lived at Avion for nearly 8 years - we enjoyed all aspects of the property - Carlos and the team were always a pleasure to deal with when we had any maintenance issues or just to visit with when we saw them each morning. I have lived at Avion for four years but my girlfriend was moving in and we wanted to move units. Elaina made the process go very smoothly! Carlos and the maintenance team are also always quick if there’s any issues and pleasant to deal with. We’re very happy in our new home!

Great place to call home, lot of friendly people, fantastic scenery, and very helpful staff at the front office. Carlos with the Avion Maintenance Team is the real deal! Extremely helpful and always kind. The team here is top notch 🔥
