I’ve lived here for two years and I’m genuinely sad leaving. The apartments are kept in great condition! Landscaping is done regularly, people for the most part pick up after their dogs, they paint the speed bumps often so you can’t miss them. The maintenance staff is some of the nicest I’ve ever met, and I’ve lived in many different apartments. My dogs quite literally lose their minds when they see Mark on a golf cart, he is such a great soul. The front office staff is always kind and friendly. I have so many great things to say, I could go on and on. 10/10 recommend San Carlos.

I've lived at San Carlos Apartments for 3 years now and have had nothing but good experiences living here. The leasing staff have all been very helpful, friendly, and accommodating to make this apartment complex feel like home. Given the location of the complex and the updated amenities included, I've always felt that the rates were competitive here. I want to specifically mention Mark -- he has always been very friendly whenever I've run into him around the complex and assisted quickly on several occasions to get items fixed in my unit. This complex is also in a convenient area of North Scottsdale, with a lot to do nearby. I've made good use of the pool and gym here, with nothing but good things to say about the amenities. I would recommend this complex to anyone!

After living in several Scottsdale apartments over the last 10 years, we moved 5 months ago to San Carlos. We knew what we were looking for and read all the reviews we could find. We visited and toured several places before deciding to lease here. Although an older complex, it's been totally renovated and there have been updates to the exterior just since we moved in. The grounds are well kept by landscapers and new pool furniture was just added. The office staff-Angie and Lynn are just the very best in all of Scottsdale and are supported by the exceptional maintenance staff of Mark, Adam and Bill. You will not find better in this city! The rental fees are very reasonable and the added utility fees are minimal compared to other apartments we have lived in. Our neighbors smile and say "hello" like they enjoy living here as much as we do. After looking around, consider checking out San Carlos for a great place to live!

I lived at San Carlos for about 2 years and I had great experience. You cannot beat the location in North Scottsdale. The leasing office manger and assistant managers were extremely welcoming and helpful. They were very understanding when I needed a friend to stay with me to assist with my elderly, very sick dog. Always followed up promptly with questions and concerns. Just the best lesing office I have dealt with. Maintenance was friendly, fast and efficient. The grounds were kept beautifully and there are many convenient grassy areas to take your dog. I ,personally, had a fab experience overall. I recommend!

This is my honest review of San Carlos Apartments in Scottsdale at 9494 E Redfield Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. I've rented apartments for 20 years and this is the best, nicest place I've ever rented. I lived here 3 years, from April 2022 to April 2025. Lauren reminds me of a real estate agent from Beverly Hills, she is so welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable. Lauren understands the renters market in Scottsdale better than anyone. Lynn is the most dedicated, hardest working woman you will find. She is always at her desk and always willing to help. Mark, the maintenance man is so nice. Mark is always on the property working and helping. My apartment was so nice, corner unit with views of McDowell Mountains. It was so quiet and peaceful. Residents are respectful. I will miss this place. Thank you for the great memories.

I cannot say enough great things about Angie. Protect her at all costs!!! Give her a raise!!! She is an absolute saint. She couldn’t have been for informative and helpful.

Amazing tour beautiful place to live super spacious and the best tour guide shout out to Lynn absolutely sold me on it and so friendly and personable
