David was great he stayed after hours to show me the apartment available. The apartments community are really nice. And the apartments I saw was nice, closets are small.Pricing is in the 1900 but unfortunately they don’t offer specials of any kind. But still is nice.

Been living here for three years now and I must say this is top tier apartment living. Issues are addressed immediately, the community is very safe and quiet. The level of excellence of the support staff is very admirable. Everyone is kind and helpful. The pool is clean and quiet and the lights throughout are bright !

I love this complex I jist moved in a few months ago. Couldn't be happier. The view is amazing. The staff if incredible. I think ill stay!

I’ve lived here for two years and I’m genuinely sad leaving. The apartments are kept in great condition! Landscaping is done regularly, people for the most part pick up after their dogs, they paint the speed bumps often so you can’t miss them. The maintenance staff is some of the nicest I’ve ever met, and I’ve lived in many different apartments. My dogs quite literally lose their minds when they see Mark on a golf cart, he is such a great soul. The front office staff is always kind and friendly. I have so many great things to say, I could go on and on. 10/10 recommend San Carlos.

I've lived at San Carlos Apartments for 3 years now and have had nothing but good experiences living here. The leasing staff have all been very helpful, friendly, and accommodating to make this apartment complex feel like home. Given the location of the complex and the updated amenities included, I've always felt that the rates were competitive here. I want to specifically mention Mark -- he has always been very friendly whenever I've run into him around the complex and assisted quickly on several occasions to get items fixed in my unit. This complex is also in a convenient area of North Scottsdale, with a lot to do nearby. I've made good use of the pool and gym here, with nothing but good things to say about the amenities. I would recommend this complex to anyone!
