Brand New South Tampa Apartments

We took a drive just to see what apartments were off Westshore Blvd. and pulled up to the Residence at Peninsula. We were greeted there by Flynn. We didn’t realize how late it was, but Flynn was Kind enough to speak with us. She gave us an overview of the facility, and what their amenities were. She made the time to show us the availabilities that they had. We decided to make an appointment for the next day so we could tour the facility. Thank you, Flynn for a great experience.

Recently moved in and love the complex. The whole staff is extremely friendly and professional. Moving to a new place is never easy, but working with Flynn and Lisa was an absolute pleasure. They made every step of the process of touring, applying, to moving in simple and painless. Their hospitality is unmatched. My family felt so welcomed before we were even residents.

Not to be confused with Nicole M below. I just moved in and had a seamless and fantastic move. It was the easiest move I’ve had in all my years. Lisa and Flynn are extremely accommodating and professional. They are friendly and warm, ready to answer any of my million questions. My family loves this complex, it’s scenic and clean. Lisa is hands down one of the best leasing consultants I’ve ever worked with! From the moment I walked into The Residence Peninsula, her energy was absolutely contagious. She made the entire tour fun, engaging, and genuinely exciting while taking the time to show me every part of the community and answer all of my questions. By the end of the tour, I was so impressed with both Lisa and the property that I filled out an application before I even left! I flew into Tampa to visit a close friend for the weekend, and staying at The Residence Peninsula turned what could’ve been a simple visit into a genuinely memorable experience. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this place takes hospitality seriously. The pool area alone is worth the trip — sleek, elegant, and relaxing. Beautifully designed, comfortable, and never overcrowded — it felt more like a private retreat than just a regular apartment community pool. But honestly, what made the weekend was the staff. Corey, Flynn & Lisa are so kind. Very personable and always greeted me with a smile and genuine conversation. Danny, Thomas & Albert were fantastic too! Just a super welcoming staff. You are in good hands with any of them. The whole team clearly takes pride in what they do, and it showed in every interaction. I’ll absolutely be back to visit this extraordinary community.

I recently relocated from the outside the state and Lisa F. was absolutely exceptional helping me with the transition to The Residence Peninsula. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and courtesy from afar made me convinced that this was the place for me. When I couldn’t get the unit, I initially selected, she did a wonderful job finding me an even better unit. Super excited to be living in this amazing community.

They were professional, kind, accommodating, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. They made the transition feel smooth and stress-free, and their attention to detail really stood out.
