Verification of income will be required for applicants. RentGrow, our third-party screening system will automatically search The Work Number (“TWN”) to verify your income. If your employer does not participate in TWN, you will have the following options for income verification:
- Connecting your bank account which will be scanned for consistent deposits for verification, or
- Connecting your payroll provider for payroll verification, or
- Uploading recent paystubs for verification.
Manual validation may be required. Examples of documentation you may provide for manual verification include but are not limited to:
- Housing allowance documentation
- 2 recent bank account statements
- Offer letters
- Written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions, or tips
- Tax forms
- Proof of assets

Yes, we have 20 electric vehicle charging stations for resident use in our parking area. They are Tesla universal chargers which can be accessed through the Tesla mobile app. The cost is $0.30/kWh.

You can apply online through our leasing portal or visit the leasing office at 5301 W Tyson Ave, Tampa, FL 33611. The application fee is $75 per applicant and the admin fee is $250. Income verification is required — our system (RentGrow) will check The Work Number automatically, or you can connect your bank account, payroll provider, or upload recent pay stubs. The security deposit is $250 or up to one month's rent based on credit. Employees of our Preferred Employer partners receive 50% off application and admin fees.
Public transportation options are limited near the community; HART bus routes serve the surrounding South Tampa corridors. Tampa International Airport is about a 10-minute drive away.
