Once again, Simpson Property Group was named best in the industry for maintaining highest level of customer service. For the 14th consecutive year, Simpson received the “A List” Award for Excellence in Customer Service for 2017.

Property management firms are annually evaluated and ranked on their level of customer service. The rankings are determined by CEL & Associates, Inc. (CEL), an independent consulting firm, by tabulating the results of surveys that are distributed to residents to obtain feedback on their level of satisfaction. All firms are then benchmarked against other real estate companies.
