It’s that time of year again! Each year Simpson reaches out to our residents to fill out the REACT survey. The survey helps our teams engage with residents by addressing concerns and answering questions. We value each resident’s opinion and are eager to understand the service our team provides when living in a Simpson community.
The 2018 REACT survey will launch on Friday, March 30. Keep your eye out for upcoming resident events as well as details on the survey process and REACT drawing. Four lucky residents who fill out the survey will be selected to receive one of four cash prizes with a grand prize of $1,000!
The REACT Customer Service Survey process was created by the nationally recognized real estate consulting firm, CEL & Associates, Inc. Each year customer satisfaction survey data is collected by CEL & Associates, Inc. from thousands of properties and the “Best In The Industry” receive the A List Awards For Customer Service Excellence. These awards are in recognition of providing the highest level and quality of service.
Simpson prides itself in providing excellent customer service which is demonstrated by the amount of communities within our portfolio that received these awards. In 2017, CEL & Associates, Inc. awarded 33 Simpson communities with the Platinum A List award and 29 Simpson communities with the A List award.
Simpson couldn’t achieve this without our residents’ participation and we truly appreciate the time they take to fill out this important survey. We look forward to hearing from you in 2018!
