The REACT Customer Service Survey (we refer to it as the REACT resident survey) is a survey conducted by the nationally recognized real estate consulting firm, CEL & Associates, Inc. Each year, Simpson Property Group participates in the survey to gather feedback from our residents.

This year, the survey is going to go entirely online. CEL & Associates, Inc. will send a survey link to our residents. The survey is completely confidential and as a thank you, Simpson will be holding a national drawing for residents who submit a survey and enter the drawing. This year’s prizes include 3 months free rent, 2 months free rent, 1 month free rent, ½ month free rent and up to $1,000 rent credit!^*

 

When will I receive the REACT resident survey?

REACT launches on Tuesday, November 10 and will close on Tuesday, December 8. CEL & Associates, Inc. will email the survey to residents using the email address of the primary resident that is on file with the leasing office. A reminder email will be sent each week to residents who have not submitted their survey. Once the survey is submitted, the reminder emails will cease.

 

What if I don’t receive the email with the survey link?

• Check your spam / junk folders - the email will come from [email protected].
• Check with your spouse, partner, or other household member(s) to determine if they received the email.
• Contact the leasing office and they will provide you with instructions of how to obtain a survey link directly from CEL & Associates, Inc.
