This year’s REACT survey was another astounding success thanks to our amazing residents. The survey officially closed yesterday so we wanted to take a moment to thank all our residents.
What is the REACT survey?
The REACT Customer Service Survey or, REACT as we call it, is an annual survey that gathers feedback from our residents. The survey is completely confidential and is conducted by the nationally recognized real estate consulting firm, CEL & Associates, Inc.
This was the second year the survey was conducted online, and we received fantastic response rates. As a thank you, Simpson also holds a national drawing which gives participants a chance to win one of several great prizes. This year’s prizes include up to 2 months free rent and a $1,000 Visa gift card!*
When will the winners be announced?
REACT just concluded and CEL & Associates, Inc. has yet to draw names of the winners. Once winners are drawn, Simpson will contact each winner before making an official announcement. Be sure to check back here to see who our winners are!

We strive to achieve and exceed our resident’s expectations and the REACT survey is a way to determine whether we are meeting that goal.
2020 was the 17th consecutive year Simpson was awarded the A-List Award for Excellence in Customer Service. Simpson couldn’t achieve this without our residents’ participation and we truly appreciate the time it takes to fill out this important survey.
