We’re thrilled to announce the winners of the 2025 Holiday Coloring Contest! Starting with our grand prize winner, congratulations to Catalina, age 10, from The Links Rea Farms in Charlotte, NC! Catalina’s colorful and imaginative holiday scene (pictured below) earned them a $300 gift card and will be featured on the official Simpson Housing holiday card distributed to employees across the country.
Our second-place winner is Miles, age 11, from Vinings Lofts & Apartments in Atlanta, GA. Their creative depiction of a cozy winter village won them a $200 gift card. And finally, Sebastian, age 9, from Briley Apartments in Nashville, TN, took home third place and a $100 gift card for their joyful and festive rendition of Briley and Simpson Housing's buildings.

What is your favorite part about coloring / art? I love to express how I feel and what I like in my drawings.
- Do you have a favorite winter activity? Play with the snow, make a snowman and also drive around with my family to see all the decorations and lights display.
- Do you have a favorite holiday tradition? We always buy a cake and sing happy birthday to Jesus on Christmas.
- What is your favorite holiday show/movie? The Polar Express
- If you had three wishes, what would they be? 1) I want peace all over the world. 2) Be with my family forever. 3) No school on Fridays.
- What do you want to be when you grow up? I want to be an Aerospace Engineer.
