📝What is the REACT survey?
Each year, Simpson partners with the nationally recognized real estate consulting firm, CEL & Associates, Inc., to conduct a confidential resident survey—what we proudly call REACT.
The purpose of REACT is simple: we want to hear directly from our residents about what we’re doing well and, just as importantly, where we can do better. Your honest feedback helps us enhance the living experience across all our communities.
Thanks to our residents’ participation, last year we hit an incredible 47.3% response rate with over 9,600 surveys received! The survey is emailed to the primary resident on file for every apartment home. Each survey link is unique and completely confidential, ensuring your privacy is protected.

📣 When will residents receive the REACT resident survey?
REACT launches Tuesday, April 7. CEL & Associates, Inc. will email the survey to the primary resident on file with the leasing office. That email will come from [email protected]. Additionally, a weekly email reminder will be sent to the residents until their survey has been submitted.
What if residents don’t receive the email with the survey link?
- Check spam / junk folders - the email will come from [email protected].
- Check with spouses, partners, or other household members to determine if they received the email.
- Contact the leasing office and they will provide instructions on how to obtain the unique survey link directly from CEL & Associates, Inc.

*Employees of CEL & Associates, Inc. and of Simpson Housing LLLP are not eligible to participate in the drawing. Free rent is only applicable to the actual monthly rent and does not apply to additional monthly charges (pet rent, etc.). Winners must maintain residency and be in good standing to receive prizes. Simpson Housing has the right to forfeit entries if a change in management occurs during the survey period.
