We have been busy making updates and improvements to Pearson Square Apartments since acquiring the community in December 2017. Here are just a few updates on what is going on and what is yet to come.

 

We are making a few upgrades around the community including:

• New lobby and club room TVs, furniture and décor
• New paint scheme in hallways, common areas and amenities
• New Technogym® fitness equipment
• New grill stations and lounge areas in both courtyards

 

In addition to the community upgrades, we are in the process of partnering with local retailers to offer perks to residents. “Falls Church City is bustling with top-notch schools, delicious dining and unparalleled parks and trails. We are excited to build long lasting partnerships within the community, while delivering the Simpson experience-- exceptional apartment living and customer service that goes above and beyond,” says Community Manager Roy Kim. “This is an effort that begins at our door step, and will continue to local businesses and events in what we call ‘The Little City.’”
