For the very first time, Simpson conducted the annual customer service survey online. And despite the challenges that 2020 posed, 49 of our communities were awarded the A List Award!
What is an A List Award?
The A List and Platinum A List Awards are awarded to communities that reach a high level of customer service. Each year, CEL & Associates, Inc. (CEL) evaluates and ranks property management companies on their level of customer service. They do this by conducting what our residents know as the REACT survey that obtains feedback on residents’ level of satisfaction. CEL tabulates the results of the surveys for each firm which are then benchmarked against other real estate companies.
CEL surveyed 17,492 of our residents and based on this survey, Simpson’s Overall Satisfaction Score was 87 which places us in the outstanding category! On the community-level, ten of our communities achieved the Platinum A List Award level and 39 communities achieved the A List award level. Below is the full list of our communities who were awarded.
Simpson strives to meet (and exceed) our residents’ expectations and are extremely grateful of how much our residents exceeded our expectations with the first online survey. We truly appreciate the time it takes to fill out this important survey and look forward to reviewing everyone’s feedback to further improve our customer service.
