The results of the REACT survey are in… Once again, Simpson conducted the annual customer service survey online, our residents have spoken and 45 of our communities achieved “A List" status!

What is an “A List” Award?
The A List and Platinum A List Awards are achieved by communities that reach a high level of customer service. CEL & Associates, Inc. (CEL) evaluates and ranks property management companies annually on their level of customer service. This is done by conducting what our residents know as the REACT survey which obtains feedback on their level of satisfaction with our communities. CEL tabulates the results of the surveys for each real estate company which are then benchmarked against one another.
CEL surveyed 18,777 of our residents this year and we received a 50.8% response rate. Here are some of the results of this year’s online survey:
Our teams strive to meet (and exceed) our residents’ expectations every day. We recognize that our residents have a choice in apartment living, and we are thrilled that Simpson communities are chosen as the place they choose to call home.
And may we say we are extremely grateful of how much our residents continue to exceed our expectations with such strong response rates to this yearly survey. We truly appreciate the time it takes to fill out this important survey and look forward to reviewing everyone’s feedback to further improve our customer service.
