Oh, the weather outside is… well, it is still warm outside but fall is near and we’re gearing up for Simpson’s annual resident holiday coloring contest!

Call us crazy but Halloween is right around the corner and we all know how quickly the holiday season comes and goes. So here we go:

DETAILS

• The contest is open to children who are 11 years old and under.
• Grand Prize winner will receive $500 and their artwork will be featured o the 2019 Simpson holiday card!
• Three runner-up winners will receive $50.
• DEADLINE to submit drawings is October 21, 2019.

 

IMPORTANT DATES
Coloring contest forms will be available at your community’s leasing office beginning Monday, September 16th. Return all submissions to your community leasing office by Monday, October 21st to be entered in the contest.

 

ARTWORK IDEAS
Anything holiday-themed is accepted! Here are a few ideas to get started:

• Your favorite holiday movie and characters
• A snowy day in the mountains
• A family singing holiday carols
• Opening presents around the tree
• Ice skating on a frozen lake
• Santa’s sleigh with reindeer
• Sparkling holiday decorations
• A gingerbread house
• Your favorite winter holiday tradition
