Despite the challenges of the COVID pandemic, Simpson Property Group received the “A List” Award for Excellence in Customer Service for the 18th consecutive year! This award is received by those that are named best in the industry for maintaining the highest level of customer service, and Simpson was among those named for 2020.
Venita DeHaven, President of Simpson Property Group stated, “We are so pleased with the results of the CEL survey for 2020, considering it was taken during a pandemic of historic proportions that impacted our communities in many ways. For our residents to recognize and reward our Simpson community teams for their continued customer service, maintenance, and especially their caring and creativity, is incredibly gratifying. What is the CEL A List Award?
This award is based on rankings that are determined by CEL & Associates, Inc. (CEL), an independent consulting firm which benchmarks property management firms based on their level of customer service. To do this, CEL surveys residents and ranks the property management firms from tabulated results of resident surveys. This year, Simpson Property Group chose to take the survey completely online to obtain resident’s feedback during the pandemic.
Based on this survey, Simpson’s Property Satisfaction Score was 83.9 (Very Good) and Service Satisfaction Score was 88.9 (Outstanding). CEL surveyed 17,492 of our residents to determine our results. Out of the 62 communities that participated, 10 achieved the Platinum award level and 39 communities achieved the Platinum A List award level! Below is the full list of our communities who were awarded.
Simpson strives to meet (and exceed) our residents’ expectations and are extremely grateful of how much our residents exceeded our expectations with the first online CEL survey. We truly appreciate the time it takes to fill out this important survey and look forward to reviewing everyone’s feedback to further improve our customer service.
