It’s (almost) the most wonderful time of the year, and while we might not be walking in a winter wonderland quite yet, we are excited to announce the Annual Simpson Housing Coloring Contest!

 

Each year, we enjoy ringing in the holiday season with our annual Holiday Coloring Contest. We’re excited to see the children living at our communities get into the holiday spirit, so check out the information below to see how you can take part in this year’s contest!

 

DETAILS

 

• Children 11 years old or younger who live at a Simpson Housing community can participate.
• Three winners will be selected:
  • First place prize is a $300 gift card
  • Second place prize is a $200 gift card
  • Third place prize is a $100 gift card
• You can draw whatever you would like, as long as it’s holiday themed! We’ve included a list of ideas to get you started below.

 

IMPORTANT DATES

 

• The coloring contests sheet can be picked up at your community’s leasing office beginning September 24, 2021.
• All artwork submissions must be given back to your community’s leasing office by October 29, 2021.
