Due to COVID-19 concerns, this year’s REACT survey has been postponed. Our resident and employees’ safety are a top priority, and Simpson will be monitoring the situation to determine when it is appropriate to reschedule the launch date.
How do I provide feedback outside of REACT?
Simpson prides itself in providing excellent customer service which is demonstrated by the amount of communities within our portfolio that have received customer service awards. Simpson sends out four online surveys to our residents to collect feedback year-round through a third-party partner – Ellis Partners in Management Solutions. These surveys are triggered by specific events during your resident journey (touring, leasing, renewing and move-out) and are emailed to randomly selected individuals.
How will I be notified of the new REACT date?
Your community teams were already hard at work making plans for this year’s survey so as soon as a new date is selected, they will pick up right where they left off. You can check back on our blog for the latest information and be sure to keep an eye on your email as your community team may notify you that way. Banners, balloons and signs will also be setup around the community once a new date is set. Be on the lookout for details especially on the REACT drawing; four lucky residents who fill out the survey will be selected to receive one of four cash prizes with a grand prize of $1,000!
What is the REACT resident survey?
The REACT Customer Service Survey (we refer to it as the REACT resident survey) is a survey conducted by the nationally recognized real estate consulting firm, CEL & Associates, Inc. Each year, CEL & Associates, Inc. collects customer service data from thousands of properties and the “Best In The Industry” receive the A-List Awards For Customer Service Excellence. These awards are given to those who are recognized for providing the highest level and quality of service.
In 2019, CEL & Associates, Inc. awarded 25 Simpson communities with the Platinum A-List Award and 37 Simpson communities with the A-List Award. 2019 was also the 16th consecutive year Simpson Property Group was awarded the A-List Award for Excellence in Customer Service!

How do I participate?
We recognize that our residents have a choice in apartment living, and we are thrilled that Simpson Property Group communities are chosen as the place our residents call home.
