We offer 4-12 month lease terms. Lease terms vary based on floor plan and availability.

Zoso Flats offers electric vehicle charging for resident use. Residents can access both types of chargers through the Tesla mobile app.

Parking rates are $200/month for a reserved space.

We offer storage units from $50-$125/month. Pricing varies by the size of the storage unit, which are as follows:

Bottom Locker 48 Cubic Feet- $50/month,

Top Locker 48 Cubic Feet- $75/month,

96 Cubic Feet- $100/month and 224 Cubic Feet- $125/month.

Proof of current income is required. We use advanced software to screen all financial documents for validity. The following may be used for proof of income: two recent, consecutive pay stubs; bank account statements within 30 days; signed offer letter on company letterhead; written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions or tips. 

We accept a variety of sources of income.
