I had the good fortune of working with Erika Snyder during my visit to The Promenade Park Apartments and Townhomes. In addition to her warm, approachable, and affable personal style, Erika was HIGHLY knowledgeable about the property and the consummate professional. If I am fortunate to become a tenant in this wonderful community, it will be because of Erika. I only hope that the other representatives are as thorough and kind as Erika because The Promenade is "something special." I can say that with confidence and without reservation because I have explored over a dozen properties and The Promenade is hands down, at the top of the list. It doesn't feel like an apartment "complex" it feels like a community of homes. This point was underscored by a few tenants I encountered during my tour who spoke, unsolicited, about how much they loved the community. And when I saw the model unit, it became clear why. I can personally recommend the Promenade Park Apartments and Townhomes in general, and Erika Snyder in particular. She's special!

I highly recommend this complex. The territory is exceptionally well-kept and clean, making it a pleasure to walk around. It offers a very comfortable and welcoming environment for families with children. Furthermore, any maintenance requests or appliance issues inside the apartment are handled promptly and efficiently.

The property’s entrance is gorgeous and makes you feel excluded off of the busy main road. Leasing office has a beautiful opening and view to their pool.

I absolutely love living here! The entire complex is always spotless and so well taken care of—it makes coming home feel peaceful and welcoming. It’s also wonderfully quiet, which I really appreciate after a long day. The staff goes above and beyond with customer service, and any time I’ve had a maintenance request, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. The outdoor spaces are beautiful and make the property feel like a little retreat right outside my door. Honestly, I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. This place truly sets the standard for apartment living.
