Move-in Fees and Deposits

Our Application Fee is $50/applicant. There is a $100 Security Deposit for one-bedroom homes and a $200 Security Deposit for two-bedroom homes and a $150 Admin Fee per apartment home. We have partnered with Rhino to satisfy your security deposit. Learn more about Rhino here.

Lease Terms

We offer 4-13 month lease terms. Lease terms vary based on floor plan and availability.

Parking

We offer parking for $10/month.

Electric Vehicle Charging

We have 10 electric vehicle charging stations located in the parking garage for resident use. Five of the chargers are universal chargers for all electric vehicles and five of the chargers are Tesla Destination Chargers. The cost per use is $0.11/kWh. Residents can access both types of chargers through the Tesla mobile app.

Storage

We offer storage units for $25/month.

Income Verification

Proof of current income is required. The following may be used: two recent, consecutive pay stubs; bank account statements within 30 days; signed offer letter on company letterhead; written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions or tips.
