Have lived for a year and don’t have any complaints. Maintenance has always been quick to solve any issues and the community plans events for residents every month!

The office staff is great. Very friendly and responsive. Building amenties are well-maintained. Lots of outdoor space. Walkable to many fun shops and venues. Highly recommended.

Hartley Flats has been great! The building is nice, well maintained, and the apartments look good. I also really appreciate Chris and Maddy! They are always very helpful, responsive, and make sure the building is run well.
