Omar, Nick, and the entire maintenance staff were always on top of requests while we lived here. The property is getting quite a few face lifts which is cool. We only broke our lease because we had a baby and bought a house but otherwise would’ve resigned. Large options for floor plans with very high ceilings so it never felt like a “little apartment.” I’ve lived in many downtown Denver complexes over the last decade and they all suck…i always said stay away from big corporation owned buildings. But Simpson housing was great as well! They even made move out a breeze, our refund check was sent in a timely manner and we weren’t charged any disputable charges upon move out! We will definitely miss the coffee machine, the team, and our neighbors!

Omar and the management staff have been awesome in helping me find the right apartment and responding with questions about the building. They take good care of the amenities and people in the apartment are friendly. The location is fantastic too. Highly recommend Hartley Flats to anyone looking for a new place to live in a fun area

I have lived at Harley flats for almost 2 years now and have really enjoyed my time here. Staff is very kind. Maintenance is quick to respond and fix any issues. There is a great team here that works daily to ensure the property is clean. The location is amazing and walkable to restaurants, live music and baseball games. They host monthly events for residents at local spots around RiNo. I would highly recommend living at Hartley flats!

I lived at Hartley Flats for 18 months. The building is well-maintained, and maintenance is quick and responsive. It’s not fancy, but it’s a solid value with attentive property management—both managers I had were great. The location is super convenient, though noise from RiNo nightlife can be loud on the 5th floor facing Walnut. Overall, no major complaints.
