Yes! We have 10 electric vehicle charging stations available for residents in our parking area. The associated costs are listed below and residents can access both types of chargers through the Tesla mobile app.

We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 4 to 13 months. Lease terms vary based on floor plan and availability.
Verification of income will be required for applicants. RentGrow, our third-party screening system will automatically search The Work Number (“TWN”) to verify your income. If your employer does not participate in TWN, you will have the following options for income verification:
- Connecting your bank account which will be scanned for consistent deposits for verification, or
- Connecting your payroll provider for payroll verification, or
- Uploading recent paystubs for verification.
Manual validation may be required. Examples of documentation you may provide for manual verification include but are not limited to:
- Housing allowance documentation
- 2 recent bank account statements
- Offer letters
- Written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions, or tips
- Tax forms
- Proof of assets
