I recently moved out of the complex after living here for a couple of years. I can't say enough about the property management team here, which was always responsive, flexible and kept the building in pristine condition. The unit and amenity renovations done at site recently look amazing. Definitely would recommend living here!

They are nearly full (which is a great sign) but also she gave me options to consider in future leases that may come available. Even share some helpful tips of the area. I LOVE 2125 YALE! I was a resident for 6 years and absolutely loved it! I have nothing but great things to say and would highly recommend 2125 Yale to anyone! Maintenance staff and leasing office staff are amazing and very helpful. Property is always clean and always well kept!

I was ready to sign another lease and then my neighbor on the side and above really became such a great issue . This happened at the right moment . I Will say that this is the First time I received my deposit $1,602 back . I always pay cash for everything, so I don’t need to have credit . Hence the big security deposit. I always tell them (Apts mngmnt) That I can pay you one year upfront, but they won’t take it because their systems can’t do that. I find bizarre. That’s what they say.. it’s a very nice property except I would not get the apartments on the corners above trash room. And if there’s ever gonna be really bad weather park your car on the second floor, the basement does flood.. and as usual crime is everywhere but it’s actually less here. I never had issues parking my vehicle on the street but stuff was always taken out of the back of my truck and that’s a given in Houston..

Stephanie Brisbin, the Community Manager, is another gem. She took the time to speak with us personally about our concerns and always makes herself available. She’s approachable, thoughtful, and a true leader. Brianna Pierre, Leasing Consultant extraordinaire, has shown such incredible patience with us. We can be a handful with our “old lady” questions, but she always responds with a smile and answers every one with kindness and grace. She truly puts people first. Then there’s the maintenance crew—where do we even begin? Every member of the team has gone above and beyond, from fixing items immediately upon move-in to bringing us a ladder just because we needed one. A special thank you to Rich, who knocked out a list of small requests with speed and professionalism. These folks don’t just fix things—they care. And let’s talk about the amenities—they are fantastic! The resurfaced pool is sparkling and beautiful, perfect for a relaxing swim. The club room is such a great perk—it includes a kitchenette, pool table, gift-wrapping station, and plenty of space to host or relax. There’s also a quiet office space for those who work from home or just need a peaceful spot. The gym has high-end equipment and amazing floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in natural light, making workouts feel less like a chore. The cabana room and multiple grilling areas make it easy to host family or community gatherings in style. Choosing 2125 Yale wasn’t just about finding a great apartment. It was about finding a place where we felt respected, cared for, and at home. If you’re downsizing, relocating, or just starting out—trust me, I’ve done the legwork—this is the place you want to be.
